New Volunteer Orientation Day
For all new volunteers to acquaint themselves with boats and operating procedures, and for any existing volunteers who would like to refresh their knowledge.
Saturday 30th April
Pick up 11am Helford or 11.15 Ferry Boat – ’til approximately 15.00.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Helford River Children’s Sailing Trust.
Each group of volunteers is based on a particular school or schools cluster, fostering a sense of ownership of the scheme within each team and their community.
HRCST offers RYA approved training courses to all volunteers who can offer their time for two hours per week or more. A small charge is made for these courses to cover costs.
